This was a great experience. Marcie was always happy and willing to show me (numerous) properties without pressure, including re-visits to properties we had already toured. She made sure to disclose any problems that might come up and seemed to genuinely care about our family finding the right house. Once I decided to place an offer on a house, it was several months after I had begun looking ...and was also after 7pm. Marcie knew that I was extremely excited at having found the right house and that I didn't want to wait any longer than I had to for an answer, so she stayed to complete the paperwork for me and delivered the offer to the seller that evening. Throughout the entire home buying process, Marcie was always quick to respond, whether it be to a call, email, or text message and she made sure to keep me updated on what was happening behind the scenes so I never felt like I was waiting in the dark. I always felt like Marcie had my best interest in mind and never felt pressured to decide on anything. When it was time to make decisions, I felt I was always given plenty of information and all the time I needed to make any decisions. What was a huge undertaking, was made really easy.
